We offer NICE-guideline compliant diagnostic assessments for adults who suspect they have autism and offer a range of psychological therapy for neurodivergent adults including autism and ADHD without global learning disabilities.
ALL ABOUT THERAPY
Are you struggling with low mood, depression, insomnia, OCD, anxiety, or relationship problems? Perhaps you have experienced trauma. We also specialise in OCD, procrastination, professional issues, and supporting students. We are trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema-Focused Therapy and will use a tailored approach to best suit your needs and wishes.
We also offer MDT assessments by clinical psychologist and consultant psychiatrist/professor in neurodevelopmental psychiatry, a clinical interview and ADI-R.
Our focus will at all times be on providing you with a safe space to explore your difficulties and support you to achieve your goals and make make choices that will be purposeful and lead to a greater level of contentment.
